Gurudwara Shri Keshgarh Sahib is located in the town of Anandapur Sahib (district Ropar) in the state of Punjab. Hence it is commonly known as Gurudwara Anandpur Sahib

Takht Shri Damdama Sahib Punjab is one of the holiest places of pilgrimage for the Sikhs and is also one of the five Takhts or Seat of Temporal Authority of Sikhism.

The temple was constructed finally by Kar Seva where all Sikhs join together to undertake the task. It is a five storey building built entirely of marble and the sanctum where Guru Gobindji was born has a circumambulatory passage around it.
