SADGURU SRI SAI NARAYAN BABA

INTRODUCTION
Sri Sai Narayan Baba was born in the year 1936 to a pious Hindu family, and his father was Sri Param Pujya Swami Karunananda, who has become his spiritual Guru. He followed the foot-steps of his father, who was an expert in Hindu Philosophy, and a writer of large number of spiritual books. Sadguru Shri Sai Narayan Baba had finished his studies and for some time, he worked in the Government service, but afterwards changed his career path.
At his younger age, he has become the disciple of the great saint ‘Sri Saraswati Amma’ of Andheri, Mumbai, and he joined at her Ashram in the year 1958. Through her blessings he has become a sincere devotee of Sri Sai Baba of Shirdi. Through the blessings of Shirdi Sai, he performed lot of miracles, such as, appearance of Shiva Linga and generating of holy sacred ash from his hands, and provided wholesome meals to the devotees from an empty vessel, and showered the rain in times of drought etc. Shri Sai Narayan Baba has built a small temple of Shri Sai Baba in Kurla, Mumbai. And very soon large number of people began to visit the holy shrine and gained lot of good things in their life. In the Sai temple, he used to perform the Abhishekham of Shri Sai Baba with more than 100 litres of milk, and on Thursdays he provided free food to the visiting devotees, and also relieved them from their diseases by giving the holy sacred ash as Prasad to them. In the holy temple, he has done lot of social service activities like giving free blankets, providing free medical aid, and distributed food packets to the beggars under his personal care and attention. He also started a Homeopathic, Allopathic and Ayurvedic Hospital and a Primary school for the children at Panvel city at free of cost, and also a Ghoshala was founded by him, and he used to provide grass feed to the holy cows.
He has formed many religious centres in India and abroad, in order to spread the “SAI BHAKTI SPIRIT” among the universe. He undertook religious pilgrimages throughout the world, and invoked the bhakti spirit among the people.
