Spiritual Connectivity and Awakening:
He himself describes his spiritual awakening process under which the biggest change of his life took place. Having said that with a precise date, on 23 September 1982 when he was just 25 years old, he walked up to the famous ‘ Chamundi Hills’ and settled himself on a rock. That was the moment of his life which has changed everything for its best. He describes that experience in the words, which says:
“Till that moment in my life, I always thought this is me and that’s somebody else and something else. But for the first time, I did not know which is me and which is not me. Suddenly, what was me was just all over the place. The very rock on which I was sitting, the air that I breathe, the very atmosphere around me, I had just exploded into everything. That sounds like utter insanity. This, I thought it lasted for ten to fifteen minutes but when I came back to my normal consciousness, it was about four-and-a-half-hours I was sitting there, fully conscious, eyes open, but time had just flipped.”
Philosophy and vision to life:

His Personality and work for Environmental restoration:
Sadguru is a yogi and profound mystic of our times. He is a visionary humanitarian and a prominent spiritual leader. A contemporary Guru, rooted as strongly in mundane and pragmatic matters as he is in inner experience and wisdom. Sadguru works tirelessly towards the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of all. His mastery of the mechanisms of life, an outcome of his profound experience of the Self, guides in exploring the subtler dimensions of life.
At home in a loincloth as much as he is in blue jeans, barefoot through the mighty Himalayas, or straddling a BMW motorcycle on the expressway, Sadguru is the most unusual mystic that one can encounter. Marking a clear departure from mere customs and rituals, Sadhguru’s scientific methods for self-transformation are both direct and powerful. Belonging to no particular tradition, Sadguru incorporates and presents what is most valid for contemporary life from the yogic sciences.
